We tailor our fees to each company depending on needs, requirements and resources. We work closely with you to determine a fee that makes sense for everyone and barring a major andongoing shift in time-requirements, we do not alter the fees. In addition, our retainer fees are all inclusive.

Meet the Avalon Team
Kristyn Moll
With over 13 years of experience in developing strategic public relations programs for national and international companies, Kristyn Moll is the Founder and Managing Director of Avalon. After several years at Thomson Reuters in San Francisco where her team worked with companies including ETrade, Semantec, Cisco, Zoran, Tibco, Power One, and many others, Kristyn, relocated to Austin, Texas in 2005 to establish Avalon as one of the leading consumer product PR firms in the country.
Today she guides the Avalon team in the development of comprehensive programs that successfully position emerging national and international brands in the North American consumer marketplace. Kristyn works closely with the firm’s team of account managers and the client base to implement effective media outreach strategies that build consumer awareness and acceptance of the products Avalon represents. She regularly works with media power players including Good Morning America, the Wall Street Journal, Bloomberg Television, CityLine TV, The New York Times, and all major North American magazines in developing stories appropriate for their audience while increasing visibility of Avalon’s client base.
She travels frequently meeting with clients and attending markets and trade shows throughout the world. She instills in the Avalon team that good enough really isn’t and it’s that extra bit of “Make it Happen” that cultivates key relations with the media and drives widespread awareness of the firm’s brands.
Kristyn has a degree in Public Relations with a business minor from the University of Texas at Austin. When she is not meeting with clients at trade shows or building relationships with the media, she enjoys spending time with her husband and their family, traveling to new cities and countries and all things active like running, yoga, kayaking and the gym!
Avalon’s Senior Account Managers work directly with an industry set of clients while facilitating and managing the day-to-day activities of the account managers in their group.

Working closely with Senior Account managers and the firm’s clients, Avalon’s team of Account Managers are directly involved in the execution of PR and/or Social Media programs. AM’s are responsible for the development and implementation of programs and the cultivation of key media relationships.
Avalon’s Account Coordinators are first and second year members of the team and work closely assisting the firm’s team of account managers in research, contact identification and outreach activities. Avalon values new talent and we are always looking to offer as much experience as each team member would like to take on.
